If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hidden conditions—just a smooth, simple return process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at support@bonpase.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. customers) or provide next steps if you’re returning from overseas.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll be notified by email once it’s processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to offer exchanges based on available inventory. Just reach out to our team and we’ll walk you through it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost—no questions asked. Just email us a photo and your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
